As a Sales Executive at ARRAY Publishing & Marketing LLC you are the heart and soul of our publications!
You will be working in a woman owned and operated environment where you are encouraged to be creative and share your thoughts and vision with #TeamARRAY. You will be working in the Historic Downtown Fayetteville area. Working with ARRAY Publishing & Marketing LLC offers the opportunity to learn about the local community and learn of the many organizations and events that Cumberland County has to offer.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is promoting and selling advertising packages to businesses and organizations so we are able to provide our publications at no cost to the community.
The person for this position enjoys working with others, attending
networking events, and being a positive representative of our company.
You should be a self-motivated person, able to follow a schedule,
attend online training, be available for a weekly meeting and able to make phone calls on a daily basis to set up appointments. You will need to be knowledgeable in Gmail and with Google calendar.
You will be reaching out to potential customers to introduce them to ARRAY and HOLA Fayetteville Magazines. Attendance
at occasional evening and weekend event opportunities are offered with advance notification.
You should enjoy learning the challenge of reaching monthly sales
goals. This is a commission-based position,
which means you are compensated based on the advertising you sell, knowing as your sales increase, so does your compensation. There is no cap on the amount of compensation you can earn, and many of the sales are cumulative.
Training is available.
We
do not reimburse for mileage, food, parking/speeding tickets.
HOLA Fayetteville is our Latino publication and bilingual applicants are welcome and encouraged to apply.
There is the option for advancement to Sales
Director, with increased compensation.
As an Events Photographer for our magazines you will have the opportunity to choose the events you cover in advance. You will attend the events as a representative
of ARRAY Publishing & Marketing LLC to take photos of the event's guests and of happenings at the event. Names may need to be gathered for captions.
Within 48 hours you will submit images with the names as the caption via a Dropbox link that will be provided to you and/or you will be uploading photos to the website
from the event. The individual selected for this position will own their own equipment and have a reliable form of transportation to travel to events.
We will provide you with an ARRAY shirt, media ID and lanyard, and business cards to pass out for the magazine.
You will attend events on behalf of the magazines and will not have to pay admission to any event. Photo credit will be given in the magazine, website or on social media if any photos are used.
